DearestWatson is a leadership development platform for organizations. Development paths, Assessments, Watson, and Team help people prepare for the situations they face at work and review what happened afterwards.

- Watson: AI support for thinking through a situation and preparing for a conversation.
- Team: Signals, Snapshot, Dynamics, and People views for exploring group patterns and working relationships.
- Tools: Meeting Intelligence and Stakeholder Match support particular tasks alongside the core platform.
Who it is for
Individuals developing in their roles, team leaders working on collaboration, and HR teams coordinating development. Organizations set up a workspace and invite their people.
Getting started
Start with a one-month pilot for up to 20 people, or discuss a monthly or annual license. Guided setup and onboarding are included. People join through an invitation and use email/password or their organization’s SAML SSO. Microsoft Teams setup can be discussed with your IT team.
Assessments and AI
Assessment results describe patterns in the answers people give. Watson helps with reflection and preparation. People choose what to do; the platform does not make automated employment decisions.
Security and privacy
Access follows roles and workspace permissions. Raw assessment answers stay with the person who gave them. Provider identities, roles and locations are listed below.
